Ingredients
Almonds 4 oz
Icing Sugar 1.5 oz
Organic Eggs 3 units
Preparation
To prepare this Marzipan Cake, follow these steps:
Separate 3 eggs, reserving 2 yolks.
Combine icing sugar with 3 egg whites and 2 yolks in a bowl.
Toast almonds in frying pan until golden, about 5 minutes.
Crush toasted almonds into fine powder.
Add crushed almonds to egg mixture.
Blend all ingredients thoroughly with hand blender.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Air fry at 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes.
Check doneness with toothpick - it should come out clean.
Cool completely on wire rack before serving.
