Ingredients

Almonds 4 oz

Icing Sugar 1.5 oz

Organic Eggs 3 units


Preparation

To prepare this Marzipan Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Separate 3 eggs, reserving 2 yolks.

  2. Combine icing sugar with 3 egg whites and 2 yolks in a bowl.

  3. Toast almonds in frying pan until golden, about 5 minutes.

  4. Crush toasted almonds into fine powder.

  5. Add crushed almonds to egg mixture.

  6. Blend all ingredients thoroughly with hand blender.

  7. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

  8. Air fry at 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes.

  9. Check doneness with toothpick - it should come out clean.

  10. Cool completely on wire rack before serving.
