Ingredients

Oat Flour 1 oz

Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon

Fruit Jam 1 oz

White Chocolate 2 tablespoons


Preparation

For these healthy Marie-Style Biscuits:

  1. Mix flour, jam and cocoa into thick paste

  2. Roll between parchment sheets to 1/4" thickness

  3. Cut with cookie cutter shapes

  4. Microwave in batches (90 seconds per tray)

  5. Dip cooled biscuits in melted white chocolate


Storage

Keep in airtight container for up to 1 week
