Oat Flour 1 oz
Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
Fruit Jam 1 oz
White Chocolate 2 tablespoons
Preparation
For these healthy Marie-Style Biscuits:
Mix flour, jam and cocoa into thick paste
Roll between parchment sheets to 1/4" thickness
Cut with cookie cutter shapes
Microwave in batches (90 seconds per tray)
Dip cooled biscuits in melted white chocolate
Storage
Keep in airtight container for up to 1 week
