Oat Flour 2.5 oz

Protein Powder 8 oz

Baking Powder 4 gr

Lemon 4 units

Soy Yogurt 7 fl oz

Plant-Based Milk 7 fl oz


Preparation

To prepare this zesty Lemon Sobao Cake (Vegan), follow these steps:

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together:

    • Oat flour

    • Protein powder

    • Baking powder

  2. Add wet ingredients:

    • Soy yogurt

    • Plant-based milk

    • Zest from all lemons

  3. Optional additions:

    • Sweetener to taste

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice for extra tang

  4. Prepare baking container:

    • Grease thoroughly with vegetable oil

  5. Microwave:

    • Cook on high for 2 minutes

    • Check with toothpick (should come out clean)


Finishing Touches

• Cool for 5 minutes

• Dust with protein powder

• Garnish with lemon slice
