Oat Flour 1 oz

Protein Powder 1 oz

Baking Powder 1 gr

Lemon 1 unit

Dairy Yogurt 1.5 fl oz

Cow Milk 1.5 fl oz


Preparation

To prepare this light Lemon Sobao Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Combine dry ingredients:

    • Whisk together oat flour

    • Protein powder

    • Baking powder

  2. Incorporate wet ingredients:

    • Add dairy yogurt

    • Pour in cow milk

    • Mix in lemon zest

  3. Optional:

    • Stir in preferred sweetener

  4. Prepare cooking vessel:

    • Grease container with oil/margarine

  5. Microwave:

    • Cook on high for 2 minutes

    • Check center with toothpick


Serving Suggestions

• Cool for 3 minutes

• Dust with powdered sugar

• Serve with lemon wedge
