Organic Eggs 3 units

Dairy Yogurt 5 fl oz

Lemon 1/2 unit

Grated Coconut 1.5 oz

Oat Flour 1.5 oz

Protein Powder 1 oz

Baking Powder 3 gr


Preparation

To prepare this Lemon Coconut Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Blend wet ingredients:

    • Combine eggs and yogurt

    • Add lemon juice and zest


  2. Incorporate dry ingredients:

    • Mix in oat flour

    • Add protein powder

    • Include baking powder


  3. Flavor enhancements:

    • Fold in grated coconut

    • Add coconut flavoring (optional)

    • Sweeten to taste


  4. Bake:

    • Pour into greased loaf pan

    • Cook at 355°F (180°C) for 18 minutes


Cooling

• Rest 30 minutes

• Release from pan
