Egg Whites 7 fl oz
Lemon 1 unit
Oat Flour 1 oz
Baking Powder 3 gr
Preparation
To prepare this light Lemon Cake, follow these steps:
Whip egg whites:
Beat until stiff peaks form
About 3-5 minutes on high speed
Fold in dry ingredients:
Add lemon zest
Gently incorporate oat flour
Mix in baking powder
Sweeten to taste:
Add preferred sweetener
Bake:
Pour into greased loaf pan
Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes
Doneness Test
• Insert toothpick
• If moist, bake 3-5 more minutes
Cooling & Serving
• Rest 15 minutes
• Dust with powdered sugar
• Garnish with lemon slice
