💪 Helado Magnum Fit

Inspired by the indulgent classic but made with fitness goals in mind, this Magnum Fit is rich, creamy, and coated in chocolate—without compromising your macros. It’s the perfect high-protein treat to cool down after a workout or enjoy as a guilt-free dessert.


Kitchen Tools

  • Hand blender

  • Ice cream bar molds (or any freezer-safe mold)

  • Freezer


Ingredients

  • 400 ml / 13.5 fl oz dairy milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 35 g / 1.5 oz protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)

  • 1 tablespoon xanthan gum (for creaminess and stability)

  • 30 g / 1 oz chocolate (melted, for coating)


Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a blender, add the milk, protein powder, and xanthan gum. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

  2. Freeze into shape: Pour the mixture into ice cream bar molds. Tap gently to remove any air bubbles.

  3. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

  4. Coat with chocolate: Remove the bars from their molds and quickly dip or drizzle with melted chocolate. The chocolate will harden almost instantly.


Serving Tips

  • Eat straight from the freezer

  • Optional: Sprinkle with crushed nuts or sea salt for an extra crunch


Storage

Store in the freezer in a sealed container or wrap each bar individually for convenience. Enjoy within 1 week for best texture.
