Ingredients

Organic Eggs 2 units

Hazelnuts 1 oz

Erythritol 3 gr

White Chocolate 10 gr


Preparation

To prepare this Hazelnut Coulant, follow these steps:

  1. Chop and toast hazelnuts in dry pan until fragrant.

  2. Blend eggs with erythritol and toasted hazelnuts.

  3. Divide batter between two microwave-safe mugs.

  4. Push white chocolate piece into center of each.

  5. Microwave separately for 50 seconds each.


Cooling

Let stand 2 minutes before serving
