Ingredients
Organic Eggs 2 units
Hazelnuts 1 oz
Erythritol 3 gr
White Chocolate 10 gr
Preparation
To prepare this Hazelnut Coulant, follow these steps:
Chop and toast hazelnuts in dry pan until fragrant.
Blend eggs with erythritol and toasted hazelnuts.
Divide batter between two microwave-safe mugs.
Push white chocolate piece into center of each.
Microwave separately for 50 seconds each.
Cooling
Let stand 2 minutes before serving
