Ingredients

Apple 1 unit

Pear 1 unit

Banana 1 unit

Baking Powder 10 gr

Olive Oil 0.5 fl oz

Milk Powder 2 oz

Organic Eggs 4 units

Erythritol 1 oz

Oatmeal 3.5 oz


Preparation

To prepare this wholesome Fruitcake, follow these steps:

  1. Prepare fruit mixture:

    • Dice apple and pear

    • Mash banana

    • Blend with eggs and olive oil


  2. Mix dry ingredients:

    • Combine oatmeal

    • Add milk powder

    • Mix in baking powder

    • Incorporate erythritol


  3. Combine mixtures:

    • Fold wet into dry ingredients

    • Stir until just combined


  4. Bake:

    • Pour into greased pan

    • Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes

    • Check doneness with toothpick


Additional Baking

• Extend 5-10 minutes if needed


Cooling & Serving

• Rest 30 minutes

• Dust with powdered erythritol

• Serve at room temperature
