1. Combine ingredients:

   • Add eggs to mixing bowl

   • Incorporate oatmeal

   • Mix in vegan yogurt

   • Add baking powder

   • Include erythritol

     
     

2. Add lemon flavor:

   • Zest entire lemon

   • Squeeze lemon juice

   • Add splash olive oil

     
     

3. Blend mixture:

   • Use hand blender

   • Process until smooth

     
     

4. Microwave:
