Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
Plant-Based Milk 3/4 Cup
Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Nut Butter 1 tablespoon
White Chocolate 2 oz
Preparation
To prepare this decadent Express Chocolate Cake, follow these steps:
Make oat flour:
Blend oatmeal, baking powder and cocoa powder
Process until fine texture
Prepare batter:
Gradually add plant-based milk
Blend until smooth consistency
Incorporate nut butter
Rest batter:
Let sit for 5 minutes
Assemble cake:
Pour half batter into greased pan
Add white chocolate chunks
Cover with remaining batter
Air fry:
Cook at 340°F (170°C) for 10 minutes
Check center with toothpick
Cooling & Serving
• Rest 15 minutes
• Drizzle with melted chocolate
• Serve slightly warm
