Cocoa Powder 1/2 oz

Erythritol 1/2 oz

Preparation

To prepare this Egg Hot Chocolate, follow these steps:

1. Whisk egg into milk in pot over medium heat.

2. Stir constantly until steaming (don't boil).

3. Add cocoa powder and erythritol.

4. Continue stirring until thickened.

   
   

Serving

Pour into mug and let cool slightly
