To prepare this quick Donut Cake, follow these steps:
Combine all ingredients in bowl:
Add oat flour
Mix in nut butter
Incorporate egg
Add baking powder
Season and sweeten:
Pinch of salt
Preferred sweetener to taste
Blend mixture:
Use hand blender
Process until smooth
Microwave:
Pour into greased microwave-safe bowl
Cook on high for 1 minute
Cooling & Serving
• Let rest 3 minutes
• Optional glaze or topping
