Ingredients

Butter 20 gr

Oat Flour 2 oz

Oatmeal 1.5 oz

Rice Flour 1/4 oz

Egg Whites 1.5 fl oz

Dairy Yogurt 1 fl oz


Preparation

To prepare these Digestive Biscuits, follow these steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients into firm dough.

  2. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.

  3. Cut with cookie cutter or shape by hand.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.


Cooling

Let cool completely on wire rack
