Organic Eggs 3 units

Oat Flour 4 oz

Dairy Yogurt 4 fl oz

Coconut Oil 5 tablespoons

Baking Powder 1/2 oz

Cocoa Powder 1/2 oz


Preparation

To prepare this Coconut-Oats Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Add vanilla essence if desired.

  3. Pour into greased microwave-safe dish.

  4. Microwave for 4-5 minutes until set.

  5. Let cool before serving.
