Ingredients
Grated Coconut 2 oz
Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon
Protein Powder 2 oz
Chocolate 5 oz
Preparation
To prepare Coconut Balls:
Mix protein powder with water.
Combine with coconut and oil.
Form into balls with wet hands.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip balls in chocolate coating.
Refrigerate 3 hours to set.
