Ingredients

Grated Coconut 2 oz

Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon

Protein Powder 2 oz

Chocolate 5 oz


Preparation

To prepare Coconut Balls:

  1. Mix protein powder with water.

  2. Combine with coconut and oil.

  3. Form into balls with wet hands.

  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.

  5. Dip balls in chocolate coating.

  6. Refrigerate 3 hours to set.
