Olive Oil 4 fl oz
Brown Sugar 5 oz
Plant-Based Milk 2 fl oz
Chocolate Chips 3.5 oz
Wheat Flour 7 oz
Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
Preparation
To prepare these Chocolate Chip Cookies, follow these steps:
Cream together olive oil and brown sugar until smooth.
Mix in plant-based milk and vanilla if using.
Gradually add sifted flour and baking powder.
Fold in chocolate chips and optional dried fruit.
Chill dough for 45 minutes in refrigerator.
Form into balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes.
Cooling
Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes
