Ingredients

Cooked Chickpeas 14 oz

Oat Flour 3.5 oz

Chocolate 7 oz

Plant-Based Milk 12 fl oz

Erythritol 1.5 oz

Baking Powder 1 tablespoon


Preparation

To prepare these Chickpea Cookies, follow these steps:

  1. Blend chickpeas, milk and erythritol until smooth.

  2. Mix in chocolate chunks, oat flour and baking powder.

  3. Spoon into greased tart pan.

  4. Top with extra chocolate pieces.

  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.


Cooling

Let cool completely before slicing
