Ingredients
Cooked Chickpeas 14 oz
Oat Flour 3.5 oz
Chocolate 7 oz
Plant-Based Milk 12 fl oz
Erythritol 1.5 oz
Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
Preparation
To prepare these Chickpea Cookies, follow these steps:
Blend chickpeas, milk and erythritol until smooth.
Mix in chocolate chunks, oat flour and baking powder.
Spoon into greased tart pan.
Top with extra chocolate pieces.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
Cooling
Let cool completely before slicing
