Ingredients

Potatoes 1 unit

Carrot 1 unit

Lemon 1 unit

Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon

Tofu 3.5 oz

Nutritional Yeast 1 tablespoon

Cauliflower 1 Cup

Vegan Cheese 1 oz

Onion Powder 1 teaspoon


Preparation

To prepare this Cauliflower with Cream, follow these steps:

  1. Boil potato, carrot, and onion for 10 minutes. Drain well.

  2. Blend cooked vegetables with tofu, lemon juice, broth, nutritional yeast, oil, and spices.

  3. Steam cauliflower with bay leaves for 15 minutes.

  4. Place cauliflower in baking dish and cover with cream sauce.

  5. Top with grated vegan cheese.

  6. Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 10 minutes.


Serving

Garnish with fresh herbs
