Ingredients

Carrot 2 units

Flax Flour 2 tablespoons

Oatmeal 6 tablespoons

Whole Wheat Flour 2.5 oz

Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon

Baking Powder 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon 1 tablespoon

Anise 1 tablespoon

Olive Oil 1.5 fl oz

Plant-Based Milk 4.5 fl oz


Preparation

To prepare these Carrot Cookies, follow these steps:

  1. Grate carrots and place in mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk together all dry ingredients.

  3. Add plant-based milk and olive oil.

  4. Mix until dough comes together.

  5. Shape into cookies on parchment-lined tray.

  6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.


Cooling

Let cool on tray for 5 minutes
