Almond Flour 1 oz

Erythritol 1 oz

Baking Powder 3 gr

Olive Oil 1 fl oz

Dairy Yogurt 4 fl oz

Organic Eggs 2 units

Walnuts 1 oz

Carrot 5 oz


Preparation

To prepare this Carrot Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Peel and grate carrots, then mash them in a bowl.

  2. Blend all wet ingredients (eggs, yogurt, oil) with dry ingredients (flours, erythritol, baking powder).

  3. Fold in mashed carrots and chopped walnuts until fully combined.

  4. Pour batter into greased microwave-safe dish.

  5. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, checking doneness at 5 minutes.

  6. Cool completely before adding toppings like cream cheese frosting.
