Cream butter and sugar:
Mix softened butter
Add brown sugar
Incorporate lemon zest
Add wet ingredients:
Blend in vegetable oil
Add egg
Mix in lemon juice
Incorporate dry ingredients:

Add baking powder
Include pinch of salt
Finalize batter:
