Oatmeal 1/2 oz
Banana 1/2 unit
Nut Butter 1 teaspoon
Soy Yogurt 3.5 fl oz
Fruit Jam 1 tablespoon
Lemon 1 unit
Grated Coconut 2 tablespoons
Chia Seeds 1 tablespoon
Preparation
To prepare this Blueberry Cheesecake, follow these steps:
Mash banana thoroughly in bowl.
Mix in oatmeal and nut butter until combined.
Line metal ring with parchment paper on plate.
Press oat mixture firmly into base.
Blend yogurt, jam, coconut and chia seeds.
Pour filling over prepared base.
Refrigerate overnight to set.
ServingRemove ring carefully before serving
