Ingredients

Cocoa Powder 8 tablespoons

Oat Flour 16 tablespoons

White Chocolate 8 tablespoons

Cow Milk 2 fl oz


Preparation

To prepare this Black & White Chocolate with Oats, follow these steps:

  1. Mix milk, oat flour and cocoa into dough.

  2. Roll between parchment sheets to 1/4" thickness.

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes to set.

  4. Crumble cooled cookie into pieces.

  5. Melt white chocolate in microwave (10-second intervals).

  6. Layer chocolate and cookie crumbs in molds.

  7. Freeze for 1 hour to set.


Serving

Let sit at room temperature 5 minutes before eating
