Cocoa Powder 8 tablespoons
Oat Flour 16 tablespoons
White Chocolate 8 tablespoons
Cow Milk 2 fl oz
Preparation
To prepare this Black & White Chocolate with Oats, follow these steps:
Mix milk, oat flour and cocoa into dough.
Roll between parchment sheets to 1/4" thickness.
Microwave for 2 minutes to set.
Crumble cooled cookie into pieces.
Melt white chocolate in microwave (10-second intervals).
Layer chocolate and cookie crumbs in molds.
Freeze for 1 hour to set.
Serving
Let sit at room temperature 5 minutes before eating
