Preparation
To prepare this delicious Banana Bread, follow these simple steps:
Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Add eggs, plant-based milk, olive oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Gradually incorporate oat flour and baking powder.
Using a mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
