Banana 2 units

Oat Flour 5 oz

Plant-Based Milk 5 fl oz

Baking Powder 10 gr

Organic eggs 2 units

Olive Oil 3 teaspoons

Vanilla 1 tablespoon


Preparation

To prepare this delicious Banana Bread, follow these simple steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) and grease a cake pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.

  3. Add eggs, plant-based milk, olive oil, and vanilla. Mix well.

  4. Gradually incorporate oat flour and baking powder.

  5. Using a mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth (about 2 minutes).

  6. Pour batter into prepared cake pan.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
