Banana 3 units
Organic eggs 2 units
Egg Whites 3.5 fl oz
Walnuts 1 oz
Chocolate 1 tablespoon
Baking Powder 3 gr
Preparation
To prepare this Banana and Nuts Cake, follow these steps:
Separate 2 eggs, keeping yolks and whites apart
Beat all egg whites (from 2 eggs + 3.5 fl oz) until stiff peaks form
Chop walnuts and chocolate into small pieces
In separate bowl, mash bananas thoroughly
Mix banana puree with reserved egg yolks
Optionally add cinnamon or other flavorings
Gently fold in oat flour and baking powder
Carefully incorporate whipped egg whites
Add chopped walnuts and chocolate pieces
Pour batter into greased baking mold
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes
Check doneness with toothpick
Cool completely before serving
