Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Banana 2 units
Organic Eggs 3 units
Almonds 1/2 oz
Cooked Chickpeas 3 oz
Preparation
To prepare this Banana-Almond Cake, follow these steps:
Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly.
Mash chickpeas with bananas until smooth.
Add eggs, baking powder, and chopped almonds.
Mix in lemon zest and optional sweetener.
Pour batter into greased cake pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes.
Cooling
Let cool completely before slicing
