Red Cabbage 1 unit
Onion 1/4 unit
Tomato 1 unit
Garlic 3 Cloves
Red Pepper 1/3 unit
Walnuts 1/2 Cup
Sriracha 1 teaspoon
Plant-Based Milk 2 tablespoons
Preparation
To prepare this Baked Cabbage, follow these steps:
Slice cabbage and arrange on oiled baking sheet.
Dice onion, tomato, and red pepper.
Bake vegetables at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
Blend all vegetables (except cabbage) with milk and sriracha.
Season sauce with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over baked cabbage.
Serving
Top with chopped walnuts
