Ingredients

Red Cabbage 1 unit

Onion 1/4 unit

Tomato 1 unit

Garlic 3 Cloves

Red Pepper 1/3 unit

Walnuts 1/2 Cup

Sriracha 1 teaspoon

Plant-Based Milk 2 tablespoons


Preparation

To prepare this Baked Cabbage, follow these steps:

  1. Slice cabbage and arrange on oiled baking sheet.

  2. Dice onion, tomato, and red pepper.

  3. Bake vegetables at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

  4. Blend all vegetables (except cabbage) with milk and sriracha.

  5. Season sauce with salt and pepper.

  6. Pour sauce over baked cabbage.


Serving

Top with chopped walnuts
