Ingredients

Apple 12.5 oz

Dairy Yogurt 12.5 fl oz

Organic Eggs 3 units

Erythritol 1.5 oz

Corn Flour 2 oz


Preparation

To prepare this Apple Custard, follow these steps:

  1. Peel and dice apples into small cubes.

  2. Blend apples with yogurt, eggs, erythritol and corn flour until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.

  4. Arrange thin apple slices on top for decoration.

  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes.

  6. Cool completely before slicing.
