Ingredients

Apple 5 oz

Oat Flour 3 oz

Baking Powder 1 tablespoon

Soy Yogurt 2.5 fl oz


Preparation

To prepare this Apple Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Peel and core the apple, then cut into small cubes.

  2. In a blender, combine apple cubes, oat flour, baking powder and soy yogurt.

  3. Blend until you get a smooth batter (about 1 minute).

  4. Grease a microwave-safe container with oil or butter.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared container.

  6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  7. Check doneness - if not fully cooked, microwave in 30-second intervals.

  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from container.

  9. Add your favorite toppings before serving.
