Oat Flour 1 oz

Soy Yogurt 3 tablespoons

Chocolate 1 oz


Preparation

  1. Mix flours and yogurt until dough forms

  2. Add sweetener if desired

  3. Shape into cookies with damp hands

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes

  5. Cool completely before drizzling with melted chocolate


Recommendations

For best results, use 70% dark chocolate for drizzling. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days - the flavors improve after 24 hours! These cookies freeze well for up to 2 months.
