Ingredients
Nut Butter 3.5 oz
Vegan Greek Yogurt 2.5 oz
Almonds 3 oz
Agave Syrup 1 oz
Chocolate Chips 2 tablespoons
Preparation
To prepare these Almond Cookies, follow these steps:
Chop almonds into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients in bowl until combined.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto sheet.
Flatten cookies slightly with spoon.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 9 minutes.
Cooling
Let cool completely before serving
