Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour 3.5 oz

Vegan Greek Yogurt 3.5 fl oz

Baking Powder 1 teaspoon


Preparation

To prepare these delicious Whole Wheat Bagels, follow these simple steps:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly until fully integrated.

  2. For extra flavor, add garlic or onion powder to taste (optional).

  3. Once dough reaches kneadable consistency, divide into two equal portions.

  4. Shape each portion into a bagel form, creating a hole in the center.

  5. Lightly brush each bagel with additional vegan Greek yogurt.

  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

  7. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  8. Cook bagels for 10 minutes until golden brown.

  9. Allow to cool at room temperature before serving.
