In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce and sriracha until fully combined.
Slice tofu into thin strips (about ¼-inch thick).
Marinate tofu slices in sauce mixture for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Cook marinated tofu slices for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and caramelized.
