Mushrooms:
Potatoes:
Onion:
Laurel:
Dehydrated seaweed:
Fish-flavored seasoning:
Paprika:

Instructions
1. After giving the mushrooms a thorough cleaning, remove the skin if needed.
2. After peeling, cut the potatoes into thick slices.
3. Add the seaweed, fish seasoning, chopped onion, and sufficient water to a frying pan.
4. Add the potatoes and mushrooms once it is boiling.
5. Cook on medium heat for fifteen minutes.
6. Take off the heat and strain (You can reserve the broth for other preparations).
7. Toss the mushrooms with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
