Asparagus with tofu

Tofu:
Asparagus:
Onion:
Garlic powder:
Onion powder:
Turmeric powder:
Nutritional yeast:

7 oz / 200 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 unit
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and poach it in the pan, over medium heat, with a little oil.
2. Wash and cut the asparagus. Then remove the base (the hardest, most fibrous part) and put them in the pan.
3. Let cook for 5 minutes and add the diced tofu.
4. Add garlic powder, onion powder and turmeric; Add a little water and let it cook until it evaporates.
5. Turn off the heat and add the nutritional yeast, and mix.
