Ingredients

Cooked white beans:
Cashews:
Garam masala:
Ginger powder:

1 cup
1/2 cup
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Place the cashews in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and allow to cool (to soften them).
2. After draining and placing them in the blender, add the remaining ingredients, a tablespoon of olive oil, and taste-tested essences. Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
