Instructions
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any extra liquid using a sifting cloth.
2. Shred the cheese.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
4. Lightly oil a frying pan and place it over medium heat.
5. Flatten portions of the mixture into the shape of hamburgers by placing them in the form of balls.
6. Cook until done on both sides.
