Ingredients
Vegetable mix:
Egg whites:
Wheat flour:
Garlic:
7 oz / 200 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
1 clove
Instructions
1. Saute the veggie mix and add spices to taste. Set it aside.
2. In a bowl, put all the ingredients, except the vegetable mix.
3. Mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a frying pan brushed with oil, over medium heat.
5. When you see that it is cooking, add the vegetable mix on top (in the center).
6. Close it on the sides and flip it over.
7. When you notice that it is cooked, remove it.
