Ingredients

Maple syrup:
Soy sauce:
Sriracha:
Tofu:

6 tablespoons
10 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
3.5 oz / 100 g

Instructions

1. In a container, add the maple syrup, soy sauce, and sriracha and mix well until combined.
2. Cut the tofu into thin slices and dip them in the mixture.
3. Let it marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
4. In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and cook the sheets until golden brown on both sides.
