Ingredients

Dairy milk:
Vainilla:
Cornstarch:
Organic eggs:
Protein powder:

1.5 fl oz / 50 ml
2 ml
10 gr.
1 unit

Instructions

1. Heat the milk in a pot without letting it boil, then stir in the vanilla extract and sugar to taste.
2. Mix the protein powder and cornstarch in 3.5 fl oz of water in a glass.
3. Add the glass of dilute cornstarch and the egg to the pot.
4. Once the mixture thickens, stir it thoroughly.
5. Place in a mold and allow to come to room temperature.
