Instructions
1. For fifteen minutes, cook the cashews in boiling water.
2. Once that time has passed, take them out and handle them.
3.Stir in the vinegar, tofu, lemon juice, and a small pinch of salt.
4. Mix until smooth. Two tablespoons of miso paste can be added (optional).
5. Before eating, place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
