Instructions
1. Chop the onion and garlic into small squares and bring them to a frying pan, with a little oil, over medium heat.
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the tofu into pieces.
3. Add the tofu and mushrooms to the pan with the rest of the vegetables.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the rice noodles, and mix very well. Add a little water.
5. In a pot, cook the noodles in plenty of water, until they are ready.
6. Remove the noodles, drain them and serve on a plate.
7. Add the contents of the pan over the noodles.
