Tangerine:
Erythritol:

6 units
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Peel the tangerines and separate them into wedges.
2. Put the wedges in the freezer.
3. Once frozen, place them in a bowl and add a glass of water to soften.
4. A few minutes later, remove the water.
5. Add the sweetener to taste.
6. Blend well with the hand blender.
