Sweet quince cannons

Ingredients
Organic eggs:
Brown sugar:
Sunflower oil:
Wheat flour:
Sweet quince:
1 unit
2 tablespoons
1/4 cup
1 cup
2.5 oz / 80 gr.
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients, except the Sweet quince, until you get a kneadable consistency.
2. Spread the dough on a surface, shape it into a square.
3. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
4. Put a little Sweet quince in each part and close with the same dough. Make sure you close them very tightly.
5. Transfer to a previously greased baking tray.
6. Bake for 15-16 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF.
