Cherry tomatoes:
Cooked quinoa:
Spinach:
Onion:
Hummus:
Mango:

5 units
3 tablespoons
5 leaves
1/2 unit
2 tablespoons
1/2 unit

Instructions

1. Dice the onion and mango.
2. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 parts.
3. Cut the spinach into strips.
4. In a bowl or plate put all the ingredients, arranged in the way you like best.
5. Add dressing or toppings to your liking.
