Ingredients

Melon:
Protein powder:
Nuts:
Sesame seeds:

2 slices
1 oz / 30 gr.
1/2 cup
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Toast the seeds from sesame.
2. Cut the melon into squares after removing the seeds and skin.
3. Combine the protein powder and half a glass of cold water in a bowl and stir until smooth.
4. Next, sprinkle the sesame seeds and melon chunks on top.
5. Let it cool for a full hour.
