Ingredients

Dairy yogurt:
Oat flour:
Organic eggs:
Baking powder:
Vainilla:
Chocolate:
Greek yogurt:

1 fl oz / 30 ml
1 oz / 25 gr.
1 unit
3 gr.
2 ml
2 oz / 50 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put all the ingredients (except the chocolate couverture and Greek yogurt).
2. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to donut molds.
4. Microwave for 1 minute (may require a few more seconds, depending on the microwave; they must be well inflated).
5. Remove, melt the chocolate and coat them only halfway, so that you can fill them on one side.
6. Fill them with Greek yogurt.
