Dehydrated dates:
Coconut oil:
White chocolate:
Nuts butter:
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 teaspoon
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 tablespoon
Instructions
1. Open the dates on one side to remove the pits; Take it away from everyone.
2. Melt 50 g of white chocolate and put it in a bowl, and add 50 g of pistachio cream; Mix well.
3. Use that mixture to fill all the dates, and then take them to the freezer until the filling hardens.
4. When hardened, melt the rest of the white chocolate and coat all the dates; Then optionally add cacao nibs on top of the dates.
5. Place the dates in the fridge until the outer layer of white chocolate hardens.
