Strawberries:
Chia:
Sugar:

6.5 oz / 185 gr.
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. After washing, chop the strawberries into small pieces.
2. Dissolve the sugar in half a glass of water in a saucepan.
3. Put the strawberries in.
4. Cook for fifteen minutes with a lid on over low heat.
5. Grind up any big bits with a tool like a potato nip.
6. Add chia to the cooking process. Once the jam has reached room temperature, transfer it into a covered bowl.
7. Keep it chilled.
